As an owner of rental properties myself, my experience is here to be leveraged for your future success! This is certainly a market for making money, if you do so with education, eagerness and motivation! Take a look at the “Top 100” lists of wealthy people in this country, and I can assure you that 80% of those people have real estate in their investment portfolios. I am happy to advise my clients in all aspects of real estate purchases for the purpose of generating income from a rental property.
These include:
- identifying properties with the greatest value and desirability to prospective tenants, thus maximizing rental revenues and reducing potential vacancy
- identifying factors that will affect operating costs (e.g. mechanical condition)
- exit strategies in the event of changes in the economy and/or personal financial position
- long-term considerations such as maximizing the future selling value of the property.
