East Gwillimbury

East Gwillimbury has a population of 21,000 and is located just 45 minutes north of Toronto with direct access to highway 404 and is close to highway 400. East Gwillimbury is a beautiful area that boasts quaint towns of Holland Landing, Queensville, Sharon, Mount Albert and a wealth of beautiful rural properties.
Its rich history of the town, ideal geographic location and excellent balance of both urban and rural communities, makes East Gwillimbury an ideal location for business and a wonderful place to live. The town has significantly modernized in recent years with a pristine GO station, connecting the dots to larger surrounding communities, and a variety of great shopping and movie complexes.
Holland Landing is adjacent to the Holland Marsh, and offers its’ own set of restaurants, small retail, schools and residential area.  Queensville and Sharon, adjacent communities just north of Newmarket, offer larger lots, upscale homes, and each run off of Leslie street, as is meanders north toward Lake Simcoe.  Mount Albert is the largest of the East Gwillimbury communities, with a mix of new and older homes, a small downtown core with restaurants and shops, as well as its own school system and recreational facilities.
