Georgina

On the shores of Lake Simcoe and the Jackson’s Point Harbour, the refined town of Georgina, is just 60 kms of Toronto. Georgina consists of Keswick, Sutton and Pefferlaw, which ramble along the shores with gorgeous lakefront estates, upscale residences and pristine primary and 2nd home cottages.   Home to 42,346 people, Georgina is a popular tourist destination, and home of many cottagers from the GTA.
Aside from the town’s many activities on and around Lake Simcoe, the area draws in hundreds of out-of-towners for its annual Fair & Horse Show in the summer, and its renowned Carnival and Canadian Ice Fishing Championship in the winter. For its longtime residents, the town boasts 38 parks that include 6 baseball diamonds and 5 soccer fields, and a skate pad for hockey and other ice sports at the Ice Palace.
