Newmarket is located a short 54km north of Toronto, and is home to 80,500 people (and growing!).  Newmarket, like many towns in the GTA, has been a strong participant in the growth and population boom, with new home builders springing up on all sides of the city.  With direct access to highway 404, and close proximity to Highway 401 and 407, it offers a quiet, family-friendly community for GO train users, commuters and townies alike.
