Get your home sale-able early! Try a few of these tips:
- Pre-pack some moving boxes (you have to bundle up all your stuff at some point- what better time than now to de-clutter your house)
- Clean the house- top to bottom, including closets, appliances and beneath furniture! (or better yet- hire a housecleaner to keep everything spic and span while your home is on the market!)
- Clean the windows- both inside & out- to allow maximum sunlight to filter into your home
- If required, consider having your broadloom professionally steam cleaned
- Consult with a professional and consider having your home staged
- Ask your Real Estate Sales Representatives for some of their input. They are the best resource to provide insight on how your home stacks up against other comparables on the market, and things you can do to make your home stand out from the crowd!
